Clean Go – Portable Dust Collector
The CLEAN GO is the ideal solution for self-contained source capture of light duty weld fume and other airborne contaminants in the workplace. This portable, compact fume collector offers simple 120-volt plug-n-go convenience. The Clean Go is designed using the state-of-the art technology in source capture and is a powerful, low-maintenance solution for even tough weld fumes.
Versatility, Convenience Ideal for a wide variety of intermittent duty applications, the Clean Go captures hazardous fumes and dust at the source from most welding applications. The completely articulated, extendable extraction arm, capable of full 360° rotation, can be easily positioned to remove hazardous smoke and particulate before it contaminates the operator breathing zone. Built to easily pass through standard doorways, the highly maneuverable Clean Go is ready to run with the flip of a switch.
Operation Weld fumes or other airborne contaminants are captured by the Clean Go, with incredible 900 CFM airflow, and are drawn into the unit. Lighter contaminants are then captured by two high-efficiency cartridge filters followed by an activated carbon filter to absorb gases. Clean air is then returned back into the workplace.

Die Cast Extraction
The Die Cast Filtration systems are designed to provide efficient, cost effective control of water-soluble die lubricants found on die casting machines. Typically used for control of moderate to heavy concentrations of mist and smoke contaminants, the Die Cast series collectors are provided with six stages of mechanical filtration to minimize maintenance and reduce replacement filter costs.
The Die Cast system consists of three main filter cabinet assemblies. The first cabinet houses three banks of cleanable Chevron impinger prefilters mounted in series. The second cabinet contains a cleanable metal mesh filter followed by a pleated multi-vee intermediate filter, and the fourth filter stage multi-pocket ASHRAE fiberglass vee-bag filter. The third and final cabinet houses a cleanable metal mesh filter and a sixth-stage HEPA filter rated 99.97% efficient at 0.3 microns. Following the sixth stages of filters is a blower and motor ranging from 3 HP to 25 HP with the blowers for the 12,000 series and higher being remote.
An option is to mount the filter cabinets and blowers on a supporting frame with casters, which is mounted above the die cast machine with a canopy hood over the die area. The Die Cast system can move on the casters to allow the dies to be changed from the machine.
The Die Cast system is a complete filtering system ready to be adapted to a support structure over the die cast machine to satisfy many industrial requirements.

Fume Fighter
The Fume Fighter high efficiency fume extractor removes harmful particulates, fumes and gases before they reach the worker’s breathing zone. Overexposure to lead, cadmium, and fluorides can lead to employee health problems, increased medical costs and decreased productivity. Can the Fume Fighter help your work environment?
With a HEPA filtration, stopping 99.97% of all particles 0.3 microns or greater, this is the most protective filter available and is specified by OSHA for use with lead or cadmium. The FumeFighter triple filtration fume extraction systems includes two stages of mechanical filtration followed by a third stage of activated charcoal (carbon) for control of gaseous contaminants. All three filtration stages are independent allowing for maximum use of air cleaners. The FumeFighter provides a generous 82 square feet of filter area; the maximum available in its class. Effective Filtration
Fumes are captured by the patented EVOLUTION NO-SMOKE extraction arm, travelling through a separate dirty air plenum where heavier particulate drops from the air stream. The contaminated air then passes through a metal prefilter that acts as a spark arrester, and is finally filtered through high efficiency cartridges, returning clean air is to the environment.

SPC 1000/2000
The SPC 1000 and 2000 portable cartridge fume collector is designed as a cost-effective, highly efficient, alternative solutions for filtering dusts, fume, smoke, gasses and vapors. These models both comply with OSHA standards for operations generating welding fume, dusts from grinding or sanding, and other processes.
Typically used for control of low to moderate concentrations of dry contaminants, the SPC 1000/2000 come with economical push-button pulse-jet filter cleaning to minimize maintenance and reduce replacement costs. The SPC 1000/2000 have horizontally mounted cartridges for lower center of gravity and stability. The unit comes standard with 1000 or 2000 nominal CFM and 115-volt single phase 1.5 or 3 HP TEFC motor.

SPCBD 1000/2000 Backdraft Cartridge Dust Collector
The portable cartridge backdraft fume and dust collectors are engineered for effective, economical control of dry dusts, fume, and smoke generated from sanding, polishing, buffing, grinding and other processes.
Ideal for light to moderate concentrations of dry concentrations of dry contaminants. Fumes, vapors, smoke and particulate are drawn down and back – away from the operator’s breathing zone.

The SPCB- 1000/2000 are compact and portable. Topped with an aluminum surface to protect parts that cannot be scratched, the SPCB can support a table load of 50 pounds per square foot. The top has a back enclosure with hinged side wing panels to expand and enclose the work zone.

Xtract Max- LV Laser
Xtract Max- LV Laser Fume Collector laser marking & welding vacuum filtration system is the industry standard for control of fumes, dusts, smoke, gases and vapors generated by laser manufacturing processes- laser marking, machining, welding cutting and drilling, as well as micro-soldering. The Xtract Max LV portable unit is completely self contained and ready for plug-and-play operation. F-Series
The Coral F-Series Line of Collectors has been engineered for the effective capture of many different contaminants created by a variety of applications- for fumes, smoke, odor, and dust. These compact units are designed to ensure healthier, cleaner air in a variety of different work environments. They are an economical air quality solution for applications including: soldering, welding fume extraction, laser fume extractors, dust collection, odor removal, industrial air filtration, electronics manufacturing, fume extraction & much more.
For fume collection, the filtering is performed through 3-stages of filtration, pre-filter, carbon filter and HEPA final filter. For Odor/VOC Collection, the filtering is performed through a refillable absorption module such as carbon. Other absorption medias are available depending on the application. For dust/weld/ fume collection, a pleated re-usable cartridge filter is supplied with 99% efficiencies down to .5 microns. Filters can be monitored with the optional Minihelic pressure differential gauge.
The F-Series fume and dust extraction systems are designed for use with 1, 2 or 3 extraction arms mounted to the unit or up to 10 extraction arms for multiple work stations; we also offer modular systems to handle larger requirements. These fume extraction systems also feature true HEPA, Cartridge or absorption air filtration and may be used with up to 50 work stations.
